Sachin Tendulkar completes 30,000 runs in International Cricket

Ahmedabad: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar created history, as he became the first cricketer to complete 30,000 runs in international cricket, which included test matches and ODIs. Sachin has played 597 international matches so far. He achieved the milestone on the fifth and final day of first test match against Sri Lanka in Ahmedabad. He recently completed 20 years of his cricket career.
While Sachin Tendulkar is leading the pack with 30,000 runs in international cricket, Ricky Ponting is on second spot with 24,000 runs. Sachin has scored 17,718 runs in ODI cricket. He has played just one T20 game and scored 10. In ODI, Sachin has scored over 12,830 runs so far.

Sachin also holds the record for most test runs, ODI runs, test centuries and ODI centuries. He is the real gem of cricket and is considered as a god in India. No cricket discussion will be complete without the mention of Sachin Tendulkar.
